Every listing carries a brief, a budget, and a timeline. No exposure as payment, no chasing invoices.
Matching prioritises creative intent over vanity metrics, so the right briefs find the right people.
Budget, scope, and timeline stated up front, before you spend a minute applying.
Apply, get chosen, agree terms, then get introduced directly. No middlemen taking a cut.
Create your creative identity. Showcase your discipline, upload past work, and set your availability. Waitlist members build theirs before launch.
Browse paid opportunities matched to your skills, or post a brief if you're a business looking for talent.

A small batch of waitlist members get in first, posting and applying for real gigs before anyone else.
Contracts and held deposits go live for everyone. Post a gig, apply for one, get paid for your craft.
We're targeting a public launch later this year. Waitlist members get access first, in waves, before the doors open to everyone.
Yes. Making a profile, posting gigs and applying for them costs nothing. cntd only takes a fee when a gig is booked: 10% of the gig fee, split so each side pays 5%. If a gig is posted less than 48 hours before it starts, or marked urgent, the fee is 15%, split the same way.
Anyone can post a gig, and anyone can apply for one. When the poster picks someone, cntd writes up the contract and both sides sign it. Each side then puts down a deposit, and after the gig the performer is paid through cntd.
Yes, through Stripe. Once the contract is signed, each side puts down a deposit of 20% of the gig fee, up to SGD 200, and cntd holds it. When the gig is done, the hirer pays the rest, the performer is paid into their bank account, and the performer's deposit comes back. Whoever pulls out after paying their deposit loses it to the other side, as credit towards a future booking on cntd.
No. Musicians, bands, singers, producers, DJs, dancers, actors, designers, visual artists, photographers, videographers and writers are all welcome, and so are the venues and businesses that book them.
Waitlist members get first access at launch and a founding badge on their profile. Just one email when we're live.
